A man has been caught on camera allegedly stealing a turtle from a pet shop which he puts in his pocket when nobody is watching.
The incident involving a pond slider turtle happened in the city of Yekaterinburg in central Russia's Sverdlovsk Oblast Region.
Footage from the shops security cameras show a man and woman entering the pet shop together.
The two browse the shop and seem interested in an aquarium.
