LIKE IT OR NOT, THESE ARE GOOGLE’S MOST POPULAR SEARCHES FOR 2015

What was Google’s most popular search of 2015? Was it something to do with the Paris attacks? The election? Robots on Mars? Star Wars? Donald Trump?

No, the most popular search. in 2015 was Lamar Odom. The former NBA star turned Kardashian underling partied himself into a coma at Nevada brothel back in October, and didn’t regain consciousness for four days. His inspirational tale gripped the nation, and apparently made a lot of money for Google in the process.

Odom wasn’t the only Kardashian-affiliated celebrity to make the top ten. Caitlyn Jenner was Google’s fourth most popular search, which had to sting. You’d think a world-famous male athlete turning into a woman would garner a few more clicks than Lamar Odom’s… incident. But I guess not. What can I say? America loves brothels.

Other non-Kardashian searches to make the top ten include Navy Seal Chris Kyle, and former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, who lost her title in a stunning upset last November.
