Speeding Bullion Van Causes Accident In Warri As Tipper Crushes Victim's Legs..Graphic Photos

This tragic accident happened along First Bank UDU road in warri, Delta state after a speeding bullion fan caused a tipper to lose control of its wheels -ramming into an innocent bystander crushing her legs in the process. So unfortunate..See below

This was revealed by a user on Nairaland who posted the gory photos on the platform...Read below;
Was at firstbank UDU road branch in warri today, when suddenly the bank bullion van and police escort was coming on high speed on a wrong lane. Is a double lane road but the bullion van was on the wrong lane with the police avoiding to go and turn a few meters from the bank.
 Suddenly a tipper that was coming opposite lost control because of the ruff driving of the bullion van, and the tipper trying to pave way for the bullion van lost control and crush a innocent girl leg, damaging both legs. Youths from nowhere came and start throwing stones into the bank, before police came and start shooting into the air.
My question is this, is the bullion van and the police escort above the law? For them to be driving on a wrong lane, the fuel consumption difference assuming the van went through the right would could not have been up to a liter.
