A man has been arrested after he was caught out in a barn attempting to have sex with a horse.
Cirilo Castillo Jr, who has already been arrested twice before for having sex with horses, was once again discovered in a barn he had been ordered to stay away from.
The 45-year-old from Texas, USA, was found with a broken leg in a barn in Edinburg allegedly attempting to perform a sex act on the animal.
He told police that his broken leg was down to being hit by a car and he had crawled to the barn to take shelter for the night.
However, police believe Castillo was kicked by a horse while attempting to have sex with it.
The barn’s owner found Castillo when she went in to feed her horses at 7am, and recognised him after previously warning him to stay away when he was arrested for having sex with her animals.
Castillo was arrested again after being treated for his broken leg in hospital.
He has been charged with criminal trespass and faces 180 days in jail if convicted.
Castillo received five years probation in 2013 after he was caught on a surveillance tape tying up a horse called Nadia and performing sex acts on her.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino said at the time: “We have a hell of a surveillance tape.
“It is not going to go to, America's Funniest Videos, that is for sure.”
Castillo also served 270 days in jail in 2012 for public lewdness over another incident with a horse.
